We’re looking for a Solutions Partner who can work hands-on with teams adopting Livo and help them unlock the full value of a calm, AI-powered workspace. You’ll collaborate closely with customers to understand their workflows, design high-impact solutions, and guide them through smooth onboarding and implementation. This role blends product expertise, problem-solving, and strategic partnership — ensuring every team that adopts Livo feels supported, confident, and set up for long-term success.
What you'll do
Work directly with new and existing customers to design tailored workspace setups
Lead onboarding, training sessions, and best-practice guidance for teams of all sizes
Diagnose workflow challenges and propose clear, effective Livo solutions
Partner with product and support to surface customer insights and reduce friction
Build repeatable implementation frameworks that scale as demand grows
Own customer success outcomes, ensuring strong activation, retention, and expansion
Act as a trusted advisor to teams, helping them evolve their processes over time
What We’re Looking For
Strong ability to understand complex workflows and translate them into simple systems
3–6+ years in customer success, solutions consulting, or implementation roles
Excellent communication and facilitation skills — clear, calm, and structured
Experience working with product-led SaaS tools; comfort navigating early-stage environments
Empathy-driven mindset with a focus on long-term customer health
Ability to create scalable processes, documentation, and customer playbooks
