We’re looking for a Product Manager who can help shape the future of Livo’s intelligent workspace. You’ll work across design, engineering, and AI systems to build features that feel effortless, intentional, and tightly integrated. This role requires someone who thinks in workflows, not just features — someone who understands how teams plan, write, meet, and move through their day, and can translate those insights into simple, powerful product experiences. Your work will define how AI quietly supports users and keeps their workspace calm, fast, and focused.
What you'll do
Partner with design and engineering to explore new interaction models and workflows
Lead product strategy and execution for AI-powered notes, tasks, meetings, and docs
Translate user behavior and research into clear product direction and prioritization
Define requirements that balance simplicity, speed, and intelligent automation
Collaborate with AI teams to shape model capabilities and real-world behavior
Run experiments, evaluate impact, and iterate quickly based on insights
Ensure features feel consistent with Livo’s core values: clarity, calm, and intention
What We’re Looking For
4–7+ years of product management experience, ideally in SaaS or productivity tools
Strong understanding of how people structure work and collaborate
Experience working with AI capabilities or complex backend systems is a plus
Ability to turn ambiguous problems into focused, elegant solutions
Excellent communication and cross-functional leadership
Comfort working in a fast-moving, design-led, detail-oriented environment
A product mindset rooted in clarity, simplicity, and user empathy
