We’re looking for a Product Designer who’s excited about shaping the next generation of AI-powered workflows inside Livo. You’ll work closely with product and engineering to design experiences that feel intuitive, lightweight, and almost invisible — where AI quietly supports the user without overwhelming them. This role blends systems thinking, interaction design, and a deep understanding of how people structure their work. Your craft will directly influence how teams think, collaborate, and move through their day inside Livo.

What you'll do

• Work with product and engineering to prototype new interaction patterns

• Design intelligent workflows that integrate AI seamlessly into everyday tasks

• Explore how AI can simplify note-taking, task management, planning, and decision-making

• Create clear user journeys, low-friction UI flows, and elegant micro-interactions

• Run research sessions to understand user behavior and edge cases

• Build scalable systems and components that keep the product consistent and calm

• Collaborate on product vision for AI-assisted work across notes, tasks, and meetings

What We’re Looking For

• Strong interaction design skills with an eye for clarity and minimalism

• 3–6+ years of product design experience at a SaaS or productivity-focused company

• Experience designing for AI-powered features or complex system behaviors

• Ability to think in workflows, not just screens

• Comfort prototyping ideas quickly and iterating based on real feedback

• Deep appreciation for craft — typography, spacing, behavior, and subtle details

• A portfolio that shows thoughtful problem-solving and clean execution
