We’re looking for a Content Writer who can translate complex ideas about AI, productivity, and workflow design into clear, engaging, and thoughtful writing. You’ll help shape Livo’s voice across blog posts, product explainers, landing pages, and long-form content that inspires teams to work with intention. This role blends research, storytelling, and product understanding — creating content that feels calm, practical, and genuinely useful for modern teams.
What you'll do
Turn technical or AI-heavy concepts into simple, approachable explanations
Write high-quality content across blogs, guides, product stories, and educational pieces
Develop narrative frameworks that position Livo as a leader in AI-powered productivity
Collaborate with product, design, and marketing to shape messaging and tone
Conduct research on workspace trends, user behavior, and industry shifts
Maintain a consistent voice that reflects clarity, calm, and thoughtful craft
Help establish editorial standards and content systems that scale
What We’re Looking For
3–5+ years of experience writing for SaaS, AI tools, or productivity-focused brands
Strong ability to simplify complex topics without losing nuance
A clear, concise writing style with a calm, intentional tone
Experience with long-form storytelling, product writing, and educational content
Comfortable researching AI, LLMs, workflows, and new emerging trends
Portfolio demonstrating clarity, structure, and audience empathy
Ability to work autonomously and ship high-quality work consistently
